Boot Camp Workouts

The following notification is for ambitious fitness enthusiasts only.  Aha, now that I have your undivided attention, if you are looking for a challenging, rigorous full-body workout, Mike’s beach boot camp is the place to be!  I like to sweat doing calisthenics, burn lots of calories doing plyometrics, and push my body to its limits, so I partake in Mike’s boot camps.  Mike choreographs vivaciously energized workouts of drills, circuits, and sets.  The combinations of intense exercises focus on core strength; agility, balance, and flexibility; muscular fitness; and cardiovascular endurance, which results in an ultimate, total body, fat burning experience.  Mike’s boot camp training is an awesome fun way to lose fat, feel great, and get fit.  One last tidbit, Mike’s boot camps are never boring… :)

My work-week is pretty crazy so I don't get a lot of time Monday-Friday to get to the gym or commit to any sort of exercise that will make me break as sweat. So when I met Mike Deibler and he suggested coming to his bootcamp Saturday mornings I figured it would be a perfect way to burn some calories. That was an understatement! What a workout! We meet in the sand at Moonlight Beach at 9:30 and we sweat for an hour! Now here is why I think this bootcamp is the best: Mike. There are people who come to this bootcamp who are at varying levels of fitness, with very different fitness goals, different athletic abilities, and different ages...and Mike individualizes the workout for each person. We are all basically doing the same thing but at an intensity that fits who we are and what we can do. Not only that, but Mike is very in tune to chronic conditions or injuries a client may have and can alter any exercise to accomodate. Its impressive! And so are the results. I look forward to ending my week with this workout because, in truth, it makes me want to START my next week eating right and working out more. Classes are designed for all levels.  All exercises can be modified to be easier or harder.  You will be challenged at whatever level you are at.  Our classes are held all over San Diego.  Classes are $15 for a drop in or $60 with the purchase of 6 classes. 

Class Schedule:

·       Monday 6pm at Mission Bay (we meet at the green workout bars near De Anza Cove)

·       Saturday 8am at Mission Bay

·       Saturday 9:30am Moonlight Beach in Encinitas (We meet near the life guard towers in the center of the beach.)
