Mike Deibler, M.S., C.S.C.S, L.P.S.N.
Owner
Mike Deibler is
the founder/owner of San Diego Premier Training. Being a former All American at the
University of Connecticut he has always strived to be the best. He
achieved a Master’s Degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences from the
University of Florida and continues to stay on top of the latest
health and fitness research. Mike is a Certified Strength and
Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning
Association as well as a certified personal trainer with the
National Association of Sports Medicine and the American Council on
Exercise. Along with his extensive fitness certifications and
education, he is also a certified sports nutritionist with the
National Association of Sports Nutrition.
Mike has worked with hundreds of
clients and showed them the path to a new life. He has shown that
we are not stuck with a certain body. With the right program and
nutrition anyone can be in great and healthy shape.

Janie Munger
Fitness Specialist
Jamie has been
involved in the fitness industry for sixteen years.
He has personally developed a number of successful
programs to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular
conditioning and increase muscular strength.
Jamie is experienced in nutritional counseling with
one-on-one programs that offer custom aspects to
suit individual needs. His dedication to every
facet of the personal training experience is aimed
toward an individual's success and well being. |

Jamie Webb
Jamie Webb is a graduate from the
University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, receiving her
Bachelors in Public Relations and Recreation Management.
Jamie has a true passion for fitness, and would
like to continue her education focusing on a degree in
nutrition.
Like many of you, Jamie struggled with her weight
starting in childhood, and has faced many challenges
along the way.
Her highest weight was 163, and with hard work
and determination she has finally reached her ideal
weight.
Jamie has faced many obstacles like you, and with
commitment and focus she wants to be the driving force
to motivate you toward success and accomplish your
goals. Jamie
is a certified personal trainer with N.A.S.M (National
Academy of Sports Medicine), and attain additional
training focusing on pre-natal and post-natal exercise,
as well as geriatric training.

Lynn
McKinnie
I
am a single mother of 2
children, Taylor (13) and Trevor
(11). I recently moved back to
my N.County roots from Temecula,
CA.
I became a
personal trainer in 2004 after
losing my older brother to a
massive heart attack from severe
obesity. My passion is my
training career. I became
certified through ISSA and
started training at Powerhouse
Gym in Temecula. I have operated
a home training studio as well
as done private in home
training. I recently left LA
Fitness as a full time trainer
to pursue my own training
business and to be able to
develop more of a personal
training relationship with my
clients.
I began
weight training in 2003 after
being told I couldn't run
anymore. I began strength
training and decided to compete
in my first figure/body building
competition in 2004. I have
completed 4 figure competitions
and I'm currently working on my
1st bodybuilding competition to
take place in 2009.
I
also enjoy recreational sports,
camping and traveling.

Alexandra Cardarelli

Alexandra is Licensed
& Certified Personal Trainer and Wellness
Coach (NASM, SDSU, WellCoaches).
An area of specialty
for Alex is corrective exercise and posture
therapy for pain management with women ages
20-70. Many of your daily aches and pains
are a direct result of Poor posture. Poor
posture can contribute to breathing
problems, back, neck and shoulder pain,
fatigue, indigestion and sleep problems.
In addition to
recovering from a severe auto accident after
5 years of pain management therapy, she also
struggled with childhood obesity, weighing
195 lbs by age 13. Her motivation and
determination paid off in achieving
long-term weight management and
wellness. Alex is dedicated to her clients
goals and successes, and her clients have
greatly improved their daily quality of
life, endurance, self confidence, strength,
balance and agility. She has helped many
create and succeed with their wellness
goals.
Alex is continuing her
NASM fitness education with pre/post natal
exercise, weight management, and exercise
for the youth client.
