

We know that private personal training is not for everyone. It may not fit your budget or you may just prefer to workout with other people. Whatever your reasons are, our small group training is a great solution. We promise that you will have more fun with our group classes then you will in any gym around. These workouts are designed to help build or maintain muscle mass as well as burn tons of fat fast. We have seen some amazing results with our group training classes and are participants have made some great friends along the way. It always makes getting to your workout easier when you know you have the social support that is necessary to reach your goals.

Our current classes include:
Boot Camp - This is a high intensity, fun, outdoor workout. We combine aerobic and anaerobic exercise through activities such as obstacle courses, body weight exercises, kettlebell circuits, interval training, partner exercises, and much more. You won't believe how the much harder the simplest exercise get when performed in the sand.
Fat Loss Circuit Training - One of our most popular classes. This workout combines a variety of tools to help burn as much fat as fast as possible. This class will push you harder than you have pushed your self before to get you in the best shape of your life. We promise that after just a few workouts you will be addicted. In this workout you will go through a series of intense circuits using different equipment such as Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls, BOSU Balls, Resistance Bands, Superbands, Heavy Training Rope, Tire Flips, TRX Suspension Training, body weight, or any other crazy ideas we get.
Fit Happy Hour - Happy hour doesn't just have to focus on hitting the bars. If you need a break from the office but want to do it in a healthy way and move your feet than this class is for you. This is a great entry level class to introduce you to strength training and group training. Get the social outlet of a normal happy hour with the health benefits of a workout.
Kettlebell Class - The name explains it all. Kettlebells have been around for hundreds of years helping soldiers get into shape for combat. We have put a modern day twist on these ancient workout techniques with the goal to burn fat and build strength at the same time. Using only kettlebells and your body weight you will go through some of the most challenging workouts you have ever experienced. Even if you have never used a kettlebell before our trainers will introduce you with proper form and technique and properly progress you through the workout.
