This yoga class is an energetic class that teaches linking the breath to movement. You will be challenged both physically and mentally as you move from pose to pose with proper instruction and alignment. The class will begin with breathing techniques and warm ups leading to a peak pose(s) and ending with 8-10 minutes of relaxation. Taught by our newest instructor Courtney May. Courtney has been in the fitness industry for almost ten years. She has experience as a personal trainer, human performance researcher, and a strength and conditioning coach. Currently she is a Strength and Conditioning Coach for 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion.
