Prove Yourself And Earn A San Diego Premier Training Official Wristband:
Just like in martial arts, as you improve your fitness abilities you can earn a new level wristband. Below are the guidelines you will follow to earn each band. You can only gain one new band per month. Let your trainer know when you are ready for your first level or a new level!
White – Earn this band after 30 days of training. Can demonstrate proper form for basic exercises (squat, lunge, push up, pull, deadlift, rotate) or complete an 8 Week Transformational Challenge.
Yellow – Earn this band after completing 3 month consistently of group training. Must demonstrate great technique for basic exercises/can do 10 push ups, 10 inverted rows, and a 30 second plank/and referred one person to the program.
Red – Earn this band after completing 3 months of 1-on-1 training plus everything mentioned in the yellow band.
Violet – Earn this band with 6 months of group training consistently. Must show good form with advanced exercises (KB Swing, KB Snatch, Burpees, Rope Waves). Must be able to perform 20 push ups, 20 inverted rows, & 1 minute plank. Referred at least 2 people to the program.
Blue – Earn this band with 6 months of 1-on-1 training plus everything from the violet band.
Gray – One year of training (group or 1-on-1). Can perform great form with advanced exercises. Must be able to perform 15KB snatches, 20 KB Swings, 5 KB Burpees w/ cleans, and run a mile under 10 minutes. And referred at least 3 people to the program.
Black – Earn this band after 2 years of training at San Diego Premier Training. Must show perfect form with advanced exercises. Refer 5 people to the program. At this level you must complete a workout with your trainer. If you can make it through their workout with them you will earn a black wristband.
Black and White – Complete a push up progression or pull up progression
Blue and White – Stick with 1 personal goal, set up by your trainer, for 30 days.
Red and Black – Complete the San Diego Premier Training’s Fitness Challenge in under 2 minutes.
Yellow and Black – Refer 5 people to the program.
Blue and White Swirl – Hit your fitness goal set up by your trainer.
Camo – Compete all classes (8 week challenge, fat loss circuit training, fit happy hour, kb class, and boot camp)
Green and White Swirl – Finish the San Diego Premier Training Fitness Challenge in under 3 minutes.
White and Red Swirl – Complete one outside fitness event. (5K, 10K, ½ marathon, triathlon….)
