
The cost of each program will depend on your specific needs, goals, and level of accountability. Fees can typically range from $60-$85 per session. During a consultation an exact price quote can be given. Each program will include fun and challenging training sessions, a personalized cardio program, nutritional guidance, and the motivation you need to your end goal.
If you cannot make it to our Studio, we will be willing to come to your home and assist you with your training goals. All equipment will be provided. Work outs can be conducted in homes with adequate space or even outdoors at nearby parks. Bottom line is you can make any area a space for a fitness routine. This service is limited to certain geographic areas.
The number of training sessions per week will depend mostly on your goals and current fitness levels. On average clients will train 2-3 times per week with a trainer. Ideally, every day has some form of activity in it. This trainer can recommend this activity or exercise.
The best part about this program is that no diets are required. The main problem with every diet out there now is that it requires you to remove something from your regular diet. This may work for the short term but once this food item is added back in the weight will come back. I will teach you how to change your eating habits and start a healthy lifestyle that you can stick with for the rest of your life and stay at the weight you want to be forever.

Group or couple training is a great way to stay motivated and save money. Group rates are available as long as there is appropriate space. You do not have to have the same goals either. Each person will still receive a program that will match their specific goal.
